4 oz margarine
4oz demerara sugar
5oz self-raising flour
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 180° C (350 °F)
- Mix together margarine, sugar, flour and cinnamon before adding 4oz peanuts.
- Mould into walnut sized balls and bake on a tray on the top shelf for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool on the tray.
